When we feel overwhelmed in our personal lives or challenged by insecurity and instability we observe in the world, it may seem natural to feel anxious and to think that fear and stress are justifiable, inevitable. But there are available solutions for anxiety that go beyond merely managing it or bravely willing our way through difficult days. In this talk and Q and A session to follow, Laura Moliter will share some spiritual tools from her practice of Christian Science that can help bring calm and serenity to our spirits and also provide us with a greater ability to help lighten the weight our neighbors may be carrying—to feel and share that powerful, available presence of the peace which passeth understanding.
